Field Technician

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Field Technician to join our team at Charter Communications. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a field technician role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the chosen candidate will have a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers in the field
• Troubleshoot technical issues in accordance with company policies
• Install, configure, and upgrade customer equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software related problems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installed equipment and services
• Follow safety protocols while working in the field
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be able to lift heavy objects
• Work in a variety of weather conditions
