Research and write announcements, articles and other materials geared toward information sharing and transparency. Create and maintain a repository of standard communication templates to be leveraged throughout the SCS team. Manage proactive and reactive communications conveying information in a manner that is easy to understand at multiple levels of the organization. Create and manage internal communications on new product releases, organizational announcements, process changes and other ad hoc messaging Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional support teams in Marketing, Brand and Digital. Partner with External Communications Manager to deliver product messaging for go-to-market activities, including the value proposition for new products, in order to provide timely messaging to internal teams.
