
Manager, Multicultural Marketing
Oversee all aspects for ideation, execution and implementation of monthly direct marketing campaigns targeted to the African American segment. Manage the creative agency on the creative development of direct marketing tactics including Direct Mail, TV, Digital Video, Digital Audio, Bill Marketing, Shared Mail, FSI and Radio. Assist in the development of the go-to-market strategy, and overall marketing plan for the African American segment. Develop plans for testing new hypotheses and identifying strategies that deliver actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition and upsell programs. Provide guidance and assess African American programming behaviors and video service preferences. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to plan and execute all aspects of customer acquisition and upsell programs. Manage all internal relationships that are required to execute bi-weekly Direct Mail campaigns.
Industry experience in consumer technology or related industries 4+
Experience in managing major advertising campaigns
Knowledge of African American culture/behaviors and experience developing campaigns for this community
