Photojournalist

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Photojournalist to join our Charter Communications team. This role will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that will help tell our story and engage our audiences. If you have a nose for news and an eye for visuals, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in photography or journalism, at least two years of experience in photojournalism, and a strong portfolio of work. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.If you’re an enthusiastic and skilled photojournalist looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit photos and video for Charter Communications' storytelling projects.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant sources and stakeholders.
3. Work closely with the editorial team to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Write clear, concise captions for all photos and video.
5. Ensure that all visual content adheres to Charter Communications' style and brand guidelines.
6. Stay up-to-date on news and current events.
7. Participate in conceptual brainstorming meetings.
8. Manage and organize all visual content.
9. Maintain equipment and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
10. Follow safety protocols when working in potentially hazardous environments.
