  14. Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets to promote the company's visual content.
  15. Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Journalism, Photography, Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Journalism Or Photography Is Essential For A Photojournalist Position At Charter Communications. This Provides A Solid Foundation In Storytelling Techniques And Technical Skills Necessary For The Job.

  • Professional Photography Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Professional Photographer, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Work In Visual Storytelling. This Experience Can Include Working For Newspapers, Magazines, Or Other Media Outlets.

  • Knowledge Of Multimedia Platforms And Equipment: In Today's Digital Age, Photojournalists Must Be Familiar With A Variety Of Multimedia Platforms And Equipment, Including Dslr Cameras, Video Cameras, And Editing Software. Experience With Live Streaming And Social Media Is Also Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Photojournalists Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Reporters, Editors, And Other Team Members. They Must Also Be Able To Communicate With Subjects And Sources To Capture Compelling And Accurate Images.

  • Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines And In High-Pressure Situations: Photojournalism Is A Fast-Paced And Demanding Field, Often Requiring Photographers To Work Under Tight Deadlines And In Challenging Environments. Therefore, Candidates Must Demonstrate The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Produce High-Quality Work Consistently.
