  1. Oversee and manage all technical projects within the company.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and resolve any issues.
  4. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure collaboration and high-quality work.
  9. Ensure all technical projects comply with company standards and industry best practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform project decisions.
  11. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure project success.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
  14. Provide guidance and support to team members and junior project managers.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical project management team.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management: A Technical Program Manager At Charter Communications Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Experience In Creating Project Plans, Managing Resources, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Network Infrastructure, Software Development, And Systems Integration. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Leading And Coordinating Technical Teams To Deliver High-Quality Products And Services.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Technical Program Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Executives. This Includes The Ability To Present Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner, As Well As Actively Listen To And Address Concerns And Feedback.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Leader, The Technical Program Manager Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating Teams To Achieve Project Goals. This Includes Setting Clear Expectations, Providing Guidance And Support, And Resolving Conflicts As Needed.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Industry Like Telecommunications, Unexpected Challenges And Roadblocks Are Inevitable.
