Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health. As part of our team, the Clinic RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our outpatient clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join a well-established health system that is committed to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate for this role will have a current nursing license, at least one year of experience in a clinical setting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They must be organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  2. Follow all relevant nursing regulations and protocols established by the health system.
  3. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  5. Monitor patients’ conditions and document changes.
  6. Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans of care.
  7. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
  8. Respond to patient inquiries, provide support, and address concerns.
  9. Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and compliant with applicable regulations.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all patients and staff.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota.
