Clinic RN

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health. As part of our team, the Clinic RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
2. Follow all relevant nursing regulations and protocols established by the health system.
3. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
5. Monitor patients’ conditions and document changes.
6. Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans of care.
7. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
8. Respond to patient inquiries, provide support, and address concerns.
9. Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and compliant with applicable regulations.
10. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all patients and staff.
