Director of Behavioral Health Services

You should have a strong background in behavioral health, psychology, social work, or other related field and be certified in the state of North Dakota. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Behavioral Health Services department, including setting goals and objectives, developing and monitoring budgets, and creating strategies for improvement.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient care.
3. Collaborate with staff, patients, and families to ensure the best possible care.
4. Maintain standards of excellence in the Behavioral Health Services department.
5. Provide guidance and support to staff in the department.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
7. Attend meetings and serve on committees as necessary.
8. Monitor and evaluate progress of Behavioral Health Services programs and initiatives.
9. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Behavioral Health Services staff.
10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
