HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner at CHI St. Alexius Health, you will be an integral part of our team, providing vital support to our organization. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, consultation, and guidance to our business leaders. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of our organization’s strategic HR initiatives.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, and a proven record of providing effective HR support. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have experience in developing and implementing people strategies.
