
HR Business Partner
As a Human Resources Business Partner at CHI St. Alexius Health, you will be an integral part of our team, providing vital support to our organization. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, consultation, and guidance to our business leaders. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of our organization’s strategic HR initiatives.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, and a proven record of providing effective HR support. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have experience in developing and implementing people strategies. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support, consultation, and guidance to business leaders.
- Develop and implement organization’s strategic HR initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Utilize HR software and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of HR processes.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Create and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

The CHI St. Alexius Health regional healthcare system was formed in April 2016, when several Catholic Health Initiative healthcare facilities joined together to form the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota. The system is comprised of a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services.
