Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team at CHI St. Alexius Health. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and display a high level of skill and knowledge in providing exceptional care to patients with cardiac related conditions.This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, a Master’s degree in nursing, and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Dakota. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional care to patients with cardiac related conditions.
2. Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
3. Work both independently and collaboratively with the cardiology team.
4. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
5. Develop and implement patient care plans.
6. Monitor and document patient progress.
7. Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding their cardiac condition.
8. Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by CHI St. Alexius Health.
