
Office Assistant
CHI St. Alexius Health is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as handling incoming mail, coordinating front office activities, and providing customer service. To excel in this position, you must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
- Coordinate front office activities, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, preparing reports, and completing data entry
- Maintain office supplies by ordering items, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory
- Monitor office equipment and schedule maintenance when necessary
- Implement and adhere to office policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
