Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to pediatric patients in accordance with established hospital protocols and best practices.

- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve medication processes to enhance patient care.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Clinical Director.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Current And Valid State Licensure As A Pharmacist In Colorado
Residency Training In Pediatric Pharmacy Or Equivalent Experience
Knowledge Of Pediatric Medication Dosing And Safety Guidelines
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Pediatric Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
