Job Description

We are looking for a top-notch Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Precision Diagnostic Lab at Children's Hospital Colorado. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping improve pediatric healthcare through laboratory testing and research. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, plus at least two years of clinical laboratory experience. As a Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing testing and research in a safe, efficient and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting results, ensuring quality control and developing laboratory techniques. You must maintain a professional attitude and have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform and oversee testing and research in a safe and accurate manner.
  2. Analyze and interpret laboratory test results.
  3. Ensure quality control of laboratory testing and research.
  4. Develop laboratory techniques.
  5. Maintain a professional attitude and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reports and documentation.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory issues.
  10. Maintain laboratory supplies and equipment.
