Learning Experience Designer

At Children's Hospital Colorado, we're looking for a creative and passionate Learning Experience Designer to join our team! You will be responsible for crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences for our patients, their families, and our staff. We are looking for someone who is excited to create meaningful experiences through user-centered design, educational theory, and technology. You will bring your expertise to the table in order to develop and implement a variety of learning strategies, from interactive eLearning modules to classroom instruction. Your goal is to ensure that our learning experiences are accessible, engaging, and tailored to the needs of our learners. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field and have at least 3-5 years of experience in designing learning experiences. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of instructional design principles and be proficient in learning management systems. 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make necessary improvements to ensure objectives are met.
6. Stay up to date on instructional design principles and learning management systems.
7. Utilize experience in the healthcare industry to craft learning experiences that are relevant and impactful.
