Manager Security Operations

This individual will oversee all security operations, manage security personnel, develop and enforce security policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for our patients, employees, and visitors.We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the security field, including experience in law enforcement, investigations, and risk management. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the day-to-day operations of the security team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and managing security personnel.
2. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and facilities.
3. Oversee the investigation of any security incidents and ensure appropriate action is taken.
4. Monitor security trends, risks, and threats and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to security.
6. Work with stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of security and safety at all times.
7. Investigate any suspicious activities and provide timely reports to the appropriate authorities.
8. Maintain accurate records of all security operations.
9. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for staff, patients, and visitors.
10. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
