
Manager Service Lines
As Manager Service Lines at Children’s Hospital Colorado, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead and support service line teams in the delivery of world-class pediatric care. You’ll use your expert knowledge of the healthcare industry and project management skills to ensure that our pediatric service lines are operating at the highest possible levels of efficiency and quality.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare organization. An understanding of Lean and Six Sigma processes is also essential. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support service line teams to deliver world-class pediatric care.

- Maintain strong communication with multiple stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize problem-solving and organization skills to identify and address any issues related to service lines.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a high level of patient care.
- Leverage Lean and Six Sigma processes to improve service line operations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and operational plans for the service lines.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the service lines to ensure they are meeting all regulatory, quality, and financial standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the service line teams.
