
Perioperative Nurse Practitioner

- Provide expert perioperative care to pediatric patients, including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative follow-up.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical history.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Monitor patients' progress and identify any potential complications, intervening promptly to provide the necessary treatment and support.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all interventions, medications, and changes in status.

Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Perioperative Nursing From An Accredited Program.
Current Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Recognized National Certifying Body.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Pediatric Surgical Setting.
Knowledge And Experience In Pre-Operative, Intra-Operative, And Post-Operative Care For Pediatric Patients.
Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
