Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy From An Accredited Institution
Current Pharmacist License In The State Of Colorado
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working As A Pharmacist In A Hospital Or Pediatric Setting
Certification In Medication Safety, Such As Through The Institute For Safe Medication Practices (Ismp)
