We are looking for an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care for our patients. The successful candidate must have a valid license to practice nursing in the state of Colorado, a minimum of two years of experience in a cardiology or critical care setting, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. We also require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Knowledge of current pediatric cardiology practices and standards of care is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric cardiology patients.
  2. Adhere to all relevant medical protocols and standards of care.
  3. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members.
  4. Maintain accurate patient records and document patient care.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and families.
  7. Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
  8. Attend meetings and trainings as required.
  9. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
