  1. Manage and maintain the Epic Beacon application to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  2. Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to identify and implement improvements to the Beacon application.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Beacon-related issues and provide timely resolution.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Beacon workflows, configurations, and system changes.
  5. Train and educate end users on the functionality and best practices of the Beacon application.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot any system issues or errors, and implement solutions as needed.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements and updates within the Epic Beacon application.
  8. Work closely with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support for any upgrades or new implementations of the Beacon application.
  10. Collaborate with the project team to design, develop, and test new features and enhancements to the Beacon application.
  11. Serve as a mentor to junior analysts and assist with their training and development.
  12. Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for urgent issues.
  13. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures related to data privacy and security.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Beacon application.
  15. Represent Children's Hospital Colorado in a professional and positive manner, promoting our commitment to exceptional patient care.
