Sign Language Interpreter-PRN

We are looking for a PRN Sign Language Interpreter to join the team at Children's Hospital Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interpreter to become part of a nationally recognized leader in pediatric care and to support our commitment to providing the highest quality of care to the children and families we serve.This role requires an individual with advanced competency in American Sign Language (ASL), the ability to interpret with accuracy and fluency, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a professional and compassionate attitude when interpreting, as well as the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate and fluent interpretation in American Sign Language (ASL) between staff and patients.
2. Handle patient confidentiality in a professional manner.
3. Demonstrate a compassionate attitude when interpreting.
4. Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Be available on a PRN basis.
6. Follow all policies and procedures established by Children's Hospital Colorado.
