  1. Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments on pediatric patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
  2. Collaborate with the audiology team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on audiological findings and recommendations.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  5. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for ongoing care.
  6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient confidentiality.
  8. Attend and actively participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in pediatric audiology.
  9. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to patients, families, and the community.
  10. Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by the audiology profession.
  11. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Audiology From An Accredited University

  • Completion Of A Clinical Externship In Audiology With A Focus On Pediatric Patients

  • Valid State Audiology License Or Eligibility For Licensure In Pennsylvania

  • Experience Working With Cochlear Implants And Other Hearing Assistive Devices For Children

  • Knowledge Of Pediatric Audiology Assessments And Treatment Techniques, Including Behavioral And Electrophysiological Testing
