• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of participants.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and institutional policies for conducting clinical research.
• Communicate with study participants and their families to provide information and support throughout the research process.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement research protocols.
• Coordinate data collection and management, including maintaining accurate and complete study records and data entry.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of study protocols, consent forms, and other necessary documents for Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval.
• Monitor and track study progress, including enrollment, participant visits, and data collection, and provide regular updates to the research team and stakeholders.
• Facilitate study-related training and education for study team members, as needed.
• Participate in study-related meetings and conference calls, and contribute to discussions and decision-making.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the study, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to the dissemination of study findings through presentations and publications.
• Remain up-to-date on current research practices, regulations, and developments in the field of pediatric medicine.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles in all aspects of the job.
