- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of clinical research studies, including recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of participants.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and institutional policies for conducting clinical research.
- Communicate with study participants and their families to provide information and support throughout the research process.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement research protocols.
- Coordinate data collection and management, including maintaining accurate and complete study records and data entry.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of study protocols, consent forms, and other necessary documents for Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval.
- Monitor and track study progress, including enrollment, participant visits, and data collection, and provide regular updates to the research team and stakeholders.
- Facilitate study-related training and education for study team members, as needed.
- Participate in study-related meetings and conference calls, and contribute to discussions and decision-making.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the study, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to the dissemination of study findings through presentations and publications.
- Remain up-to-date on current research practices, regulations, and developments in the field of pediatric medicine.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In A Health-Related Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations Related To Conducting Clinical Trials In Pediatric Populations.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Their Families.
