  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies related to pediatric healthcare.
  2. Work closely with the research team to develop and implement study protocols.
  3. Recruit and screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent.
  4. Collect and manage data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate with study participants and their families to ensure their understanding and compliance with study procedures.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to facilitate study recruitment and data collection.
  7. Monitor and track study progress and report any issues or concerns to the research team.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized study records and documentation.
  9. Assist with data analysis and contribute to research publications and presentations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Public Health.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Irb Processes And Good Clinical Practice.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Redcap Or Sas, To Support Data Collection And Analysis For Research Studies.
