Job Description

At the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual with a high level of expertise in clinical research operations, critical thinking, and project management. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, enthusiastic and creative problem solver, committed to providing excellent quality of care to our patients.The Clinical Research Project Manager will be held to a high standard and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, results are accurate, and that research protocols are followed. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across multiple departments.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., medical science, public health, nursing, etc.) - 5+ years of clinical research experience - A strong knowledge base of clinical research and regulatory standards - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills - Familiarity with industry standard software and technology - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentIf you are passionate about clinical research and have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple clinical research projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  2. Ensure research protocols are followed and results are accurate.
  3. Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across multiple departments.
  4. Analyze data, develop reports, and communicate project results.
  5. Monitor project progress and timelines.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research and regulatory standards.
  7. Utilize industry standard software and technology to complete research projects.
  8. Ensure quality of care for patients.
  9. Provide guidance and support to clinical research team members.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical research project efficiency.
