1. Lead the evaluation of CHOP's community impact initiatives and programs.
2. Develop evaluation plans and strategies to measure the effectiveness and outcomes of community programs.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
5. Develop and manage relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program evaluation efforts.
6. Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to communicate program impact and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on best practices and trends in program evaluation and data analysis to continuously improve evaluation methods and processes.
8. Train and mentor staff on data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
9. Identify and implement strategies for using data to drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for children and families.
10. Represent CHOP at community events and meetings to promote the organization's community impact initiatives and share evaluation findings.
11. Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data.
12. Develop and manage budgets and resources for evaluation projects.
13. Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support community impact programs.
14. Collaborate with external partners and researchers to conduct joint evaluations and research studies.
15. Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
