
Community Impact Evaluation and Data Lead

- Lead the evaluation of CHOP's community impact initiatives and programs.
- Develop evaluation plans and strategies to measure the effectiveness and outcomes of community programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving community impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program evaluation efforts.
- Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to communicate program impact and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in program evaluation and data analysis to continuously improve evaluation methods and processes.
- Train and mentor staff on data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Identify and implement strategies for using data to drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Represent CHOP at community events and meetings to promote the organization's community impact initiatives and share evaluation findings.
- Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for evaluation projects.
- Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support community impact programs.
- Collaborate with external partners and researchers to conduct joint evaluations and research studies.
- Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Experience In Program Evaluation And Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Conducting Evaluations And Analyzing Data, With Experience In The Healthcare Or Non-Profit Sector Preferred.
Knowledge Of Community Health And Social Determinants Of Health: A Deep Understanding Of Community Health Issues And Social Determinants Of Health Is Essential For This Role, As It Will Involve Evaluating The Impact Of Programs And Initiatives On The Community.
Strong Project Management Skills: This Position Will Involve Overseeing Multiple Projects And Initiatives, So The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects From Start To Finish, Including Setting Timelines, Managing Budgets, And Coordinating With Team Members.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Community Impact Evaluation And Data Lead, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Community Members, Hospital Staff, And External Partners. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships And Effectively Conveying Evaluation Findings.
