  1. Oversee all financial operations of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations and policies.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the hospital's mission and goals.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and leaders to develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare finance and regulations, and proactively identify and address any changes or challenges.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, bankers, and vendors.
  9. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing financial expertise and recommendations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Serve as a resource for financial information and guidance to other departments and staff members.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to financial operations.
  13. Represent Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Stay informed of industry developments and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  15. Act as an advocate for children's health and the hospital's mission, both within the organization and in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Accounting, And Budgeting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospital Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field; Mba Or Cpa Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Financial Professionals.
