Job Description

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is currently seeking a passionate and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to excellence and a drive to help us improve the lives of children around the world.We are looking for a candidate with a combination of technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities who can help us analyze data, develop insights, and tell stories with our data. The Data Analyst will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. You should also be proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to develop insights and tell stories with data
  2. Utilize SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools to collect and analyze data
  3. Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  4. Work independently and collaboratively within a team
  5. Identify trends and patterns in data
  6. Utilize healthcare data and knowledge of statistics and predictive data modeling
  7. Develop strategies for data collection and analysis
  8. Implement new methods for data analysis
  9. Monitor data quality and accuracy
  10. Provide support to other departments with data analysis needs
