Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Epic HIM Systems Analyst to join the Information Technologies & Systems team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As an Epic HIM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Epic electronic health records. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing top-notch healthcare IT solutions while working with a team of professionals dedicated to patient care.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly. Responsibilities:

  1. Implement, maintain, and support Epic electronic health records.
  2. Provide top-notch healthcare IT solutions while working with a team of professionals dedicated to patient care.
  3. Possess and maintain Epic certification in the following modules: HIM, Resolute Professional Billing, Cadence, and Bridges.
  4. Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  5. Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Demonstrate commitment to customer service.
  7. Participate in ensuring the success of the system by monitoring system functionality and performance.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders and other Epic-certified personnel to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the system.
  9. Remain up to date on new Epic technologies and solutions.
  10. Provide technical and user support for all Epic-related systems.
