  1. Manage and maintain the Epic Willow system for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, ensuring its optimal functionality and usability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Epic Willow system.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
  4. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure continuous system operation.
  5. Lead and participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and implementation.
  6. Train and support end-users on the use of the Epic Willow system, including developing training materials and providing ongoing user support.
  7. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for Epic Willow and make recommendations for improving system performance and usability.
  8. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the use of the Epic Willow system.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members on Epic Willow functionality and best practices.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements to support the hospital's mission of providing high-quality patient care.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA and data privacy regulations to ensure the security and confidentiality of patient information.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including hospital staff, leadership, and vendors.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for system issues after hours as needed.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
