- Develop and maintain relationships with grant funding organizations and agencies.

- Ensure all grant applications and proposals are submitted on time and meet all required guidelines and criteria.

- Manage and maintain a database of past, current, and potential grant opportunities and outcomes.
- Assist with budget development and financial reporting for grant proposals and awards.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to gather necessary information and data for grant reporting requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in grant writing and management.
- Participate in meetings and trainings related to grant writing and fundraising.
- Work closely with hospital leadership to develop and implement strategies for increased grant funding.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in grant writing and management.
- Communicate effectively with external grant funders and maintain positive relationships.
- Contribute to the overall success of the hospital's fundraising efforts through collaboration and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Grant Writing And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Non-Profit Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Private Funding Sources And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
