Job Description

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for a HR Service Center Data Coordinator to provide support in the HR Service Center. This position will ensure HR Service Center data accuracy and integrity, and provide data analysis and reporting services for the HR Service Center. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in data analysis and reporting. The candidate should also have experience in HR Service Centers and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain HR Service Center data accuracy and integrity
  2. Provide data analysis and reporting services for the HR Service Center
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  4. Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures for data accuracy and integrity
  7. Develop and maintain reports for HR Service Center
  8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Access
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR data
  10. Develop and maintain HR Service Center policies and procedures
