
Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for an energized and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for helping others to join our team at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills that include excellent communication, a patient-centric approach, and a commitment to providing exceptional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to pediatric patients under the supervision of a physician or Registered Nurse.A valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania is required. In addition, experience working with pediatric patients is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, a passion for providing high-quality patient care, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to pediatric patients under the supervision of a physician or Registered Nurse.
- Ensure all patient care is delivered according to the standards of practice established by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain a valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Possess a strong knowledge of medical terminology and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- Demonstrate a patient-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
