  • Conduct physical assessments and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassionate care for patients and their families.
  • Stay updated on current developments and trends in pediatric plastic surgery.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Act as an advocate for patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Concentration In Pediatric Or Plastic Surgery.

  • Current State License And Certification As A Nurse Practitioner In Pediatric Or Plastic Surgery.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Pediatric Or Plastic Surgery Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Plastic Surgery Procedures, Techniques, And Post-Operative Care For Pediatric Patients.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
