Job Description

Are you a passionate Nurse Scientist looking to make a difference in the lives of pediatric patients? Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a Nurse Scientist to join our world-class team of professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and knowledge to develop evidence-based practice initiatives that will directly benefit our patients and their families.The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to research and evidence-based practice, as well as a passion for working with pediatric patients. We are looking for someone who can combine their technical skills with excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers and leadership.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, as well as a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. You must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting and at least 3 years of experience in research or evidence-based practice. Additionally, strong preference will be given to those with a Doctorate in Nursing or a related field.If you have the qualifications and passion to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  3. Maintaining a strong commitment to research and evidence-based practice.
  4. Possessing a passion for working with pediatric patients.
  5. Meeting the necessary qualifications for the role, including a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting, and at least 3 years of experience in research or evidence-based practice.
  6. Having a Doctorate in Nursing or a related field (preferred).
  7. Demonstrating excellent communication abilities.
