  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rehab department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Supervise and support a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  3. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  4. Develop and implement processes and protocols to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Monitor department budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to maintain financial goals.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of department activities and performance metrics.
  7. Communicate regularly with hospital leadership to provide updates on department operations and identify any areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  10. Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the department.
  11. Stay informed about advancements and changes in the field of pediatric rehabilitation, and identify opportunities for improvement or growth within the department.
  12. Represent the department at meetings and events as needed.
  13. Act as a liaison between the Rehab department and other hospital departments.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
  15. Serve as a role model for compassionate and patient-centered care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Operations In A Rehabilitation Department Or Facility.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Operations And Rehabilitation Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Physicians, Therapists, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Ensure High-Quality Patient Care.
