The Patient Service and Staffing Associate position at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is a unique and rewarding opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  2. Effectively staff the hospital and assign appropriate personnel to patient care roles.
  3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
  4. Monitor and update staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage of patient care needs.
  5. Respond quickly and effectively to patient inquiries and complaints.
  6. Participate in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  8. Manage patient records and documents according to hospital policies.
  9. Ensure that patient care is provided in a safe and secure environment.
  10. Monitor and review patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
