  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage patient registration process with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary information is collected and updated.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
  6. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of services and procedures.
  8. Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns to ensure a positive patient experience.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job performance.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction.
  13. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any needs or concerns.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
