- Contribute to program development and improvement by providing feedback and suggestions.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Child Development And Family Dynamics.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Parent Advocate, Preferably In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Support Families From Diverse Backgrounds.
Knowledge Of Community Resources And Systems To Help Families Navigate The Healthcare System And Access Necessary Services.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Medical Professionals, Social Workers, And Other Support Staff, To Provide Comprehensive Care For Families.
