
Pharmacist
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a professional and passionate Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients and their families. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school and a current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications to patients and their families in accordance with the physician’s orders.
- Monitor patient's medication therapy to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Provide drug information and patient counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient profiles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapies are provided.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff meeting and professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
