Pharmacist

3. Provide drug information and patient counseling to patients and their families.
4. Maintain accurate and complete patient profiles.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapies are provided.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
7. Participate in staff meeting and professional development activities.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
