Physician Assistant - Medical Neonatal Intensive

• Provide high-quality medical care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Stay current with advancements and changes in neonatal medicine and share knowledge with colleagues.
