  1. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients with urological conditions.

  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  4. Educate and support families on coping strategies and techniques to manage the emotional and psychological impact of urological conditions.
  5. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  6. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to pediatric patients and their families.
  7. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with hospital and legal guidelines.
  8. Stay current on research and advancements in the field of pediatric urology and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
  10. Serve as a resource and consultant for other healthcare professionals on psychological issues related to urological conditions.

  • Doctoral Degree In Psychology: A Candidate For A Psychologist - Urology Position At Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia Should Have A Doctoral Degree In Psychology From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills In The Field Of Psychology To Effectively Evaluate And Treat Patients With Urological Issues.
