We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly qualified Respiratory Therapist to join our team and help make a difference in the lives of our patients.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and be Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). It is also preferred that the candidate have CPR/BLS certification, ACLS certification, and PALS certification. Experience in pediatric care is highly desired. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and communication skills, be a compassionate and patient advocate, and be motivated to work in a team-oriented environment. This individual should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

  1. Treat pediatric respiratory diseases and disorders using evidence-based practices.
  2. Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and document changes in medical records.
  3. Educate patients and families about prevention and management of respiratory conditions.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
  5. Maintain equipment and supplies, and ensure that they are in good working order.
  6. Administer medications and perform tests to assess patient's condition.
  7. Support the implementation of new technologies and clinical protocols.
  8. Educate staff and students on respiratory care topics.
  9. Participate in research activities to help advance the practice of respiratory therapy.
  10. Adhere to safety procedures and professional standards.
