  1. Conduct detailed analysis of the revenue cycle process, including data analysis and financial reporting.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and track revenue cycle metrics and trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  4. Utilize healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations for improving revenue cycle processes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners, including insurance payers and vendors.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve revenue cycle issues and discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize revenue cycle systems and processes.
  10. Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new revenue cycle initiatives and projects.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  13. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve revenue cycle processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Regulations, Including Icd-10 And Cpt Codes.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Revenue Cycle Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
