
Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of CHOP's property management, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, while creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor rental income and expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Manage tenant issues, such as rent collection, evictions, and lease violations.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all CHOP properties.
- Review and update the property management policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
