Job Description

The Senior Property Manager at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is a highly responsible position that requires a candidate with exceptional qualifications and management skills. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing outstanding service and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a customer-focused attitude. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of property management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and be a licensed real estate broker. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of CHOP's property management, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and maintenance.
  2. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, while creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  3. Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Monitor rental income and expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  5. Manage tenant issues, such as rent collection, evictions, and lease violations.
  6. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  7. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all CHOP properties.
  8. Review and update the property management policies and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  10. Ensure that all properties are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
