Job Description

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure our hospital is providing staff with the best training opportunities to deliver quality care to our patients. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of training programs, training materials, and tracking of training performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is driven to provide exceptional customer service and prioritize tasks.To be successful in this role, the Training Coordinator must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field; a minimum of three years of experience in a related field; excellent organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines; and excellent computer skills. Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator:

• Develop and implement training programs for staff at CHOP • Create and update training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with current standards • Track staff performance and measure the effectiveness of training programs • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines • Provide exceptional customer service to staff members • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Monitor and analyze industry trends to ensure training programs are up-to-date • Work collaboratively with staff to identify areas of improvement for training programs • Evaluate and assess staff progress to ensure objectives are met • Maintain accurate and secure records of training materials and staff performance
