Job Description

At Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Ultrasonographer to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and families. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations and providing high-quality diagnostic images for the interpretation of clinicians. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography, with experience in pediatric imaging and neonatal imaging preferred. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients and families. Responsibilities:

  5. Utilize sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  6. Maintain accurate records of services rendered.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ultrasound equipment.
  9. Remain current on safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
  10. Educate patients and families on ultrasound procedures.
