This individual should have the enthusiasm and drive to build our presence in the fashion market and help us become the leader in designer apparel.The successful candidate will be a highly organized, creative and motivated professional who is capable of working independently and managing a team. They must have an advanced understanding of the fashion industry, a keen eye for up-and-coming trends, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
2. Negotiate effectively with vendors to ensure best possible pricing and terms.
3. Monitor trends and forecast upcoming fashion trends.
4. Manage a team of fashion buyers.
5. Research and analyze market trends and changing customer preferences.
6. Create strategies to increase sales and maximize profits.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the team.
8. Analyze sales data and provide reports on product performance.
9. Select and purchase apparel for the store.
10. Track and monitor delivery of merchandise.
11. Manage inventory levels and maintain budget targets.
12. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
13. Develop strategic partnerships with vendors to reduce costs and improve quality.
