- Manage and grow the 340B program for Verity Solutions, a subsidiary of Cigna.
- Ensure compliance with program requirements for eligible healthcare organizations.
- Drive cost savings for both Verity Solutions and its clients through the 340B program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in 340B program regulations and communicate updates to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Verity Solutions and Cigna to optimize program operations and outcomes.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders on program performance and results.
- Provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve the 340B program and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the 340B program, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to the 340B program and ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on trends and best practices in the 340B program.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the 340B program team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In 340B Program Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To 340B Program.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using 340B Software Systems.
