  1. Develop engaging and persuasive copy for various B2B marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, emails, brochures, and presentations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and target audience in order to craft targeted messaging.
  3. Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brand, and aligns with Cigna's tone and voice.
  4. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform and enhance copy.
  5. Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and execute them effectively.
  6. Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure all copy is grammatically correct and error-free.
  7. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  8. Contribute to the development of B2B content strategy and messaging guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
  10. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to team members.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of Cigna's products, services, and brand messaging.
  13. Adapt writing style and tone to fit different mediums and target audiences.
  14. Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure all content is compliant.

Job Qualifications
